The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection releases the IBPS PO Prelims Admit Card a few days before the 22-23 August 2026 examination. Candidates can log in with their registration number and password on the official portal to download their call letter.

Downloading the IBPS PO admit card is a two-step process: IBPS first activates an Exam City Intimation Slip roughly ten days before the exam, letting candidates know only the city (not the exact venue) so they can plan travel and accommodation, followed by the actual call letter a few days closer to the exam date with the precise venue address, reporting time, and shift allotted. Because IBPS conducts Prelims across multiple shifts on both 22 and 23 August, candidates are assigned to one specific date and shift only, and gate closure times are strictly enforced — arriving even a few minutes after the gate closes results in the candidate being denied entry regardless of their scheduled exam time.
